Is there a contract agreement?
At the start of a commitment, we require a Master Service Agreement to be signed. However, we’re also open to reviewing and signing agreements presented by our clients.
Who handles the development?
Depending on the client’s preference, our developers are directed by either the client’s managers or our own.
Who retains ownership of the final product?
Our clients retain full ownership of their products at every stage of development. Upon project completion, we provide all source code, files, and documentation related to the design and development.
Do you provide confidentiality?
We sign Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreements to safeguard our client’s interests, intellectual property, and trade secrets.
Where are your developers located?
Since Covid, we have gone full remote. We have developers working across different cities of Mexico with excellent productivity results.
What is the payment process?
Billing is conducted on a 2 or 4 week cycle. We accept Checks, Wire Transfers and Direct Deposits.
What are the developers’ academic qualifications?
Each of our developers holds at least a bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering.
