Is there a contract agreement?
An executed Master Service Agreement is required at the start of the engagement. We are happy to review and consider agreements presented by our clients as well.
How senior are the engineers?
All engineers bring 7–10+ years of real‑world production experience. The engineer you interview is the one who joins your team.
Who provides the computer equipment?
We provide the equipment that is handled exclusively for your development projects.
Who retains ownership of the final product?
Our clients retain full ownership of their products at every stage of development. Engineers submit work daily or as requested to our Client’s repositories, you are always in control.
Do you provide confidentiality?
We sign Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreements to safeguard our client’s interests, intellectual property, and trade secrets.
What is your payment process?
Invoicing is issued on a two‑ or four‑week billing cycle. Accepted payment methods include checks, wire transfers, and direct deposits.
Is there a contract to hire or conversion option?
No. We do not offer a contract‑to‑hire or conversion option. All engineers are full‑time members of the Telestai team.
